What’s included in the price of a tour?
The following costs are NOT included: transportation for yourself and your guide, meals for yourself, and admission fees for yourself and your guide. Please pay those costs on the spot on the day of the tour. For more information, see prices. Please note that for tours outside Tokyo, the extra transportation costs for your guide are also not included in the tour price, and have to be paid separately on the day of the tour.

 

What language(s) do you use to conduct the tour?
Most of our guides are fluent in both English and Dutch, and we can also speak Japanese. Depending on tour guide availability we also have tours in a few other European languages available, please inquire at nicki@tokiotours.com.

 

I would like to do something special which is not covered in the tours you offer. Do you offer custom made tours?
Yes, we do! If you let us know at least 1 month in advance what your plans are, we can make you an offer for a custom made package for tours within Tokyo or outside of Tokyo. We are very flexible and can accommodate any interest you might have. Email us for more information at nicki@tokiotours.com.

 

Can I use an ATM in Japan?
You cannot use a debit card in Japan, but if you have a credit card you can withdraw money from the following banks:

VISA: 7 Banks, 7 eleven, Citibank, Japan Post
MASTERCARD: Citibank, Japan Post
